From truly getting our own hands dirty providing technical support in special processes on the shop floor, to representing & realising a business’ strategic direction in the board room –I believe that Leadership is a vital and valuable natural element of the Straight Aero Engineering approach.

I am a success-oriented and innovative leader who believes that it is quality in every aspect that underpins overall excellence. I have much experience leading global cross-functional teams to the achievement of their quality assurance, engineering, strategic business development, and global growth goals. My experience in aerospace is global; it has allowed me to cultivate a well-developed international network of professional contacts at all levels of corporate business, quality, and technical leadership. I have worked directly for and with international associations such as Nadcap, IAQG, United Nations Development Program, PRI and SAE, amongst others.

I currently operate Straight Aero Engineering and specialise in training, business improvement, change, and long-term projects (interim senior management). Formerly, I worked with PRI & Nadcap in both senior global management and as a Delegated Senior Staff Engineer with experience in multiple Task Groups. Since, I’ve held Voting Member status in 5 Nadcap Task Groups. I’ve also served as Group Director of Quality & HSE for a European based global aero mfg. & aviation business, worked with NFP knowledge development organisations, and supported the supply chains of various aero/def/medical/and O&G businesses.
